NATIONAL FRENCH FRY DAY
On July 13, the nation celebrates National French Fry Day to honour a common dish on menus all around the country.
There is a favourite for everyone because it comes in so many distinct cuts and styles.
French fries are deep-fried potato batons, often known as chips, fries, finger chips, or French-fried potatoes.
Whatever we choose to call them, everyone enjoys them and they are a standard feature in fast food joints.
Ketchup, ranch dressing, vinegar, mayonnaise, honey mustard, cheese, and a variety of other condiments are just a few that go well with french fries.
Chefs and home cooks also put seasonings on their fries to give them taste and spice in addition to the condiments.
