Environment and Climate Change Canada warned that Thursday afternoon and evening might see dangerous thunderstorms that could bring strong winds, huge hail, and a lot of rain.

90 km/h wind gusts, hail the size of a nickel, and torrential rains are all potential hazards.

According to the forecast service, thunderstorms are anticipated to form Thursday afternoon before a cold front moves across the region.
